I tried it when I received the product was working, and after came back to use it again to work for one second and stop working. I thought it was the battery was the battery was charged, but I recharge it again I came back to use it again and nothing is not work anymore when I try to go return it was past 30 days and thereâs no longer returnable now this piece of crap is sitting in my garage looking at it I just lost over $90 for item does not work be aware I never experience a product like this First too heavy and itâs not good quality

Stick was too short for me, Iâm 6â2. had to bend my back too much. Batteries are heavy which contributed to product being heavy. Product does help with the cleaning, used it in my bathroom. I expected it to be easier to use.

Assembling the unit was a breeze, and I was thrilled to see that the charger was included. The package contained two rechargeable industrial batteries, like the ones used in shop tools. These batteries make it convenient to use the unit because they are always ready to go, unlike the rechargeable vacuum I own, which always dies in the middle of a job.My first cleaning task was the shower floor, and the unit performed incredibly well. I sprayed my usual shower cleaner, waited for a few minutes, and then began scrubbing with one of the brush scrub heads. I was elated to see the dirt and grime dissolve effortlessly, and all I had to do was rinse the shower floor and scrubber head. I was done!Next, I tackled the outside door, which looked shady with grime. I used the short, fixed pole for this job, and it worked perfectly well, providing stability and effectiveness. I hope replacement brushes and pads are available for this unit because I intend to use it on a daily/weekly basis. It was reassuring to see there was a replacement base to attach the lint, wool, and sponge pad to, although it took me a while to figure that out!Previously, cleaning the shower floor involved me crawling onto the floor to hand scrub, which was unpleasant. The cleaning unit has a wall attachment and a bag for the heads, making it easy to store until the next cleaning session. The unit has a telescopic rod, speed control, and the head is waterproof. I have never used anything like this before, and thus far, I am very happy with my purchase.
