Not honoring plan
So far they do not honor a plan purchased to protect a machine purchased on Amazon, the machine failed and because its a bigger purchase Asurion has failed to give any protection with the plan purchased

Longer than expected to resolve my claim.
It took almost a year to receive a resolution to my claim before I finally received a full reimbursement for a product that worked for a few months and malfunctioned.

This warranty should be good after the manufacture warranty. It is only good with the manufacture warranty. Disappointing!
