Easy to make a claim and get reimbursed
Claim process was quick and easy. Iâm normally not a fan of purchasing extended coverage but my history on pool motors is terrible, they usually last one season at best. Glad I got it covered.

My lights stopped working about a month ago we’ve been trying to get them to work I sent them a message and within an hour I had a full refund I’ve never had customer service work that fast they were excellent I’m so glad I will never use anybody else for it but them now

Protection Plan Failure
I will not buy any protection plan from Asurion for a pool pump again and recommend no one else buy it.They failed to come through with the replacement pool pump within the 15 day promise and did not appear to know exactly what product I was receiving. Terrible customer care support and the worse at giving you an easy way to call or talk with someone about your issue. On the 15th day I called 5 times to be told my part had been ordered. They had 3 hours before midnight to get it to me which was impossible unless they had magic. After several resistance and demanding responses, they decided to refund me the value of the product. Damage had been done. My pool had not been in operation for exactly one month. It was greener than my lawn. Now I must have a professional pool cleaner to bro g it back to life. Order another pool pump for which I did and it was delivered in 3 days.What a waste of time and energy. I have no patience or idea what they protect but obviously not your product you have on the plan.No a good merchant service. I rate them a zero.
